Your jewellery is sent via NZ CourierPost, and will reach you within 3-7 working days. All orders within New Zealand require a signature on delivery.

However, if you're located outside of New Zealand and would like to purchase a piece of jewellery from us, you can contact us directly at agathe.jewellery@gmail.com and we can arrange a shipping to your country.

Is your jewellery hypoallergenic (that does not create allergenic reaction)?

All of AGATHE jewellery and packaging are local and made in our home studio in Nelson, New Zealand. Our raw materials are purchased in New Zealand and all the creations are handcrafted by the designer. We are proud to support NZ suppliers.

Yes, all of our earrings hooks are made in Sterling Silver wire. Our jewellery is made only with Sterling Silver, Brass and Copper and does not contain any nickel (skin can get sore and itchy from a reaction to nickel.)

Do you make custom pieces?

Yes, we take order for custom pieces. Please get in touch with us via the contact button or by email to discuss. The time to create a custom piece will vary based depending your order. Please get in touch.

Packaging and Gift wrapping?

All jewellery is beautifully sent packaged. Care instructions are included in the package. We can also include a personal message or a gift card by special request, please let us know by email after your purchase online and we will include these to the package.

To reduce our carbon footprint, if multiple pieces are purchased, each piece will be packaged appropriately in one box to ensure safe travels. Please let us know by email if you do require more boxes.

Jewellery care and cleaning...

All of our jewellery is hand-made, it needs to be looked after carefully. By following these instructions, your jewellery should last a lifetime.

• Avoid contact with any water, perfume, creams, hairspray etc...

• Store in a protective pouch so avoid direct sunlight, and keep pieces apart so they don't rub together.

• You might damage your jewellery if you wear it in bed so it is recommended to remove it.

  Cleaning instructions:

  • Sterling silver — To renew its shine, rub with a soft polishing cloth. Do not use silver dips as it will clean away the blackened oxidised finish.

  • Brass and copper - Brass can be cleaned with natural products like lemon, vinegar or baking soda. see here some instructions
